This section outlines the copyright policies governing content published by ScholarCentrix.

Author Rights

Authors who publish with ScholarCentrix retain copyright to their work:

• Authors grant ScholarCentrix a license to publish and distribute their work
• Authors may share their work immediately upon publication
• Authors may use their work in teaching and future publications
• Authors may deposit their work in institutional repositories

Creative Commons Licensing

All articles are published under Creative Commons licenses:

• Most articles use the CC BY (Attribution) license
• Some articles may use more restrictive licenses when appropriate
• License terms are clearly displayed on each article
• Users must provide appropriate attribution when reusing content

Permissions and Reprints

For permissions beyond the scope of the license:

• Contact permissions@scholarcentrix.org for commercial use requests
• Include details of the intended use and specific content
• Allow 5-10 business days for processing permission requests
• Some uses may require permission from the author as well

Copyright Infringement

If you believe your copyright has been infringed:

1. Submit a written notice to copyright@scholarcentrix.org
2. Include identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
3. Provide identification of the allegedly infringing material
4. Include your contact information and a statement of good faith belief
5. We will investigate and take appropriate action within 30 days
